String art is such a fun activity for all ages, first getting out some feels with hammering in a design and then meditatively looping thread around the nails.

In this online workshop, you will create  a one-of-a-kind, personalized piece of art.  No previous experience needed--we make it super easy for you to make something to be proud of!  

We are using the Mini size of wood and scheduling this workshop at the end of the Mid-Term break, so the whole family can join in on the fun!

Here are our general guidelines for who can participate:

- 6 to 7 years old can help an adult, especially kids who are used to doing crafts or creating items with their hands

- 8 to 9 years old can complete the project with help and supervision from an adult

- 10 years old can complete the project with some check-ins and guidance

String Art DIY Kit

In the String Art DIY Kit, we deliver the hard-to-find supplies for string art right to your doorstep.  Supplies include:

- a finely-sanded pine wooden canvas (15 cm x 15 cm x 1.75 cm)

- quality silver or gold nails

- string art design (with over 30 options to choose from!)

- colorful cotton string/embroidery thread

- hanging kit (so you can hang up your creation)

- printed string art guide with a link to our video tutorial

From home, you need to have scissors, hammer and pliers/tweezers.

This in an online workshop and will be held on Zoom.  We will share the workshop link the week before the event and even provide a copy of recorded session at the end!

Ts & Cs:

I am unable to offer a refund once I have shipped your customized DIY Kit.  However, your happiness is important to me, so I will work to find a solution.  Once you have purchased the workshop, I can offer a refund (minus a small transaction fee) up until 7 days before the workshop.  After that time, I am unable to offer a refund for cancellations but will gladly honor a credit of the same amount to be used at a future Turquoise workshop.
